The first project was during the summer of 1998. It was the construction of an 11,200 square foot commercial building for my nursery school in Park Ridge. Bob was in charge of the entire project, which included, but was not limited to, the demolition of the existing building, construction of the new building, paving, landscaping, and inspections. Time was of the essence. We had to be open for the school year in September. Bob completed this entire project, from demolition to CO in an unheard of 4 months and 10 days. Bob coordinated and supervised a daily work force of no fewer that 50 men from numerous professions. His subcontractors were loyal and showed up every day as scheduled. The quality of workmanship was superior. This building has been trouble-free since construction. I would have been hard-pressed to find another contractor to successfully complete this project within the mandatory time frame.
With the success of the school project, Bob surely was my family’s choice to build our new 7000 square foot house in 2002. The home was finished with the same professionalism and quality we experienced during the school project. We were elated with the end result. With Bob, you get what you are promised and there are no surprises. In this day and age, it is a pleasure to deal with someone like Bob. He is truly a quality builder with the highest integrity and standards.
